How to pack your items for a secure and easy transaction
Our collection service offers great flexibility regarding packaging restrictions. We advise boxing your items, but even a sturdy bag or bin liner can work — as long as everything is packed securely and protected.
Top Tips for Packing
Stick to our maximum weight per parcel of 30kg. If you feel your parcel might be heavier, do not worry — we can easily arrange for two or more parcels to be collected.
The maximum parcel size is 24 x 18 x 18 inches, but most shipments will need much smaller boxes. Boxes are the best way to ensure strong protection and improve your parcel’s safety during transport.
Pack your parcels securely using anything available —
bubble wrap, newspapers, or cardboard sheets — to create strong cushioning.
Cartridges without boxes or packaging need **extra protection**
to prevent damage during delivery.
Do not pull tags or open any parts of your printer consumables. Once opened, the item will be classed as “used” and cannot be accepted.
Please do not open the box of the item you’re selling. We still accept opened boxes, but keeping them sealed ensures the best price.
Once your quote is confirmed, we’ll send you a label for your parcel. We appreciate you printing and attaching it, but simply writing our delivery address is also acceptable.
